PLEASE READ BEFORE STARTING REGISTRATION:

 ALL new and existing players will be required to upload a new, updated HEAD SHOT PICTURE. Like a school picture. Nothing on face or head. Looking straight ahead. This picture is for referees to identify players. Please have a picture ready to go before you start registration.

All competition players are required to have their BIRTH CERTIFICATE uploaded to their player profile for proof of age. Returning players do not need to upload BC again. If your player is brand new to competition soccer in Utah, please have a copy of your player's birth certificate easily accessible, as you will be asked to upload a copy of it during the registration process. PDF, JPG, and other graphic files are acceptable. File size should be at least 200 kb, but no larger than 5 Mb. Please confirm file size before uploading. If you have difficulty uploading the BC please email it to registrar@UtahSurfSoccer.com

Please make sure the email address on your account is accurate. If it is not correct, please email registrar@UtahSurfSoccer.com with the correct email address so you don't miss out on important information from the club. All registration must be done online.

Registration DEADLINE is June 16, 2024. You may still register after June 16th, but a LATE FEE of $10 will be charged.
